Would like to find out what you think? I figure a thorough going over for leaks (XREAS) tweeks (window motors) and anything else. Want to be able to tell the dealer that I want them to find things which should be fixed replaced....Thinking ahead....

Do you have the V6 or V8? I know the V8's require a timing belt/water pump replacement at around 90K. V6's have a timing chain that should basically last the life of your motor. Based on reading other folks' recommendations, I would check your brake calipers, suspension bushings, wheel bearings, CVs, and steering components as well. Also have them inspect your fluids (PS, brake, diffs/transfer case for 4WD, coolant, transmission, etc.). A coolant flush may be in order if it hasn't been done before. As long as maintenance has been kept up, your Runner should last for many years to come.

I tried that when my warranty was almost up. The dealer messed up as much as it fixed. Gave me a new perspective on why I should have passed on the extended warranty. I don't want my truck there unless it has to be there.
Kind of like going to the hospital. It'll save your life if you really need it, but if it's borderline, you can end up worse off.
YMMV.
