When installing these Doug THorley's what are you guys replacing the bolts and nuts with? I was checking out Toyota catalog here:

There are apparently two types of bolts?! Bolts for the upper part of the manifold, and bolts for the lower. Why on God's green Earth would they do that? Not just make all 16 the same...
Another user suggested buying some stainless steel ARP bolts and nuts, for roughly $219, but the wait time on those is over a month and I'm not sure I can rationalize that price for 16 bolts and nuts.
