Ever nick the interior?

Yes or No

Have you nicked your interior trying to take something apart for a mod or an install? I did just this morning. I was really curious about the diassembly of the center console and found it would not budge. So to get it to move I slide a flat head in there and wedged it up but in the process nicked a little piece of the plastic on the inside of the center console. I know it's so trivial but shit like that bothers me. I am sure I am not the other one but when I asked other people they go: you should never use a screw driver, you need to becareful, yadi yadi

Cars inevitably get scratched up and dinged, both inside and out, through carelessness, accident, or just plain old wear-and-tear.

The first scratch is always the hardest; but don't sweat it...it's just a car!

My knucklehead friend was playing w/ my new knife and accidentally flicked it open and let the tip (1/3") enter the side panel.... (bastard!!!) but it's okay, just left a line as it was a new blade....

It happens (well nothing like this) but wear and tear are normal on any vehicle.

All scuffs and marks will give your vehicle more character and make it look like it's been driven and not been sitting in the garage.

It's just natural when you have something new you want to take care of it.
Self inflicted damage bothers me alot less than if some bozo decides to give you a door ding.

But crap happens. You do your best but worrying over a car is silly.

I was trying to change a dash light on my old Ranger and I decided to whipe off the gages when oops, I broke an inch off of the tach needle. Lets just say I was upset and leave it at that!

Oh yea, I just remembered. On my last truck before leaving the USA I got a brand new Nissan Frontier and when I picked it up from the dealer there was a scratch in the plastic part of the door just above the arm rest. I went back in to the dealer to ask what was up with that and they said that the guy who took off the window sticker slipped and nicked the panel. NICKED!! It was 2 inches long!!! They basicly said, sorry and that was it!!!
