mystery noise in dash

I get this weird squeeking noise that seems to come from behind the glovebox area, almost as if mice were inside, which there is not. Sounds almost like a bellows working, not all the time, doesn't change w/ fan or ac on. ONly stops when I shut off the car, and does not occur all the time.
Anyone else have this happen?

Same. Noticed it after I changed my cabin air filter. Maybe something fell down inside. ugh.

Is there enough room to get a digital camera into taker pics of the blower motor’s fan for debris or feel with your hand (for debris and play with the filter out)? Some techs will have cameras on flex arm that will give you views inside.

As much as I have seen on some filters, I feel it would cause a problem if some fell off onto the fan.
