No. The earliest Scion unit to have bluetooth is the T1819.

Well, I am only speaking from looking at pics, but it looks like you don't get any better functionality from the 14 or 15 compared to the 08 or 09; they just look prettier (and decidedly less OEM, so keep that in mind if you care). The T181x models seem to be all about jazzing up their looks and not much else, while the T180x didn't care as much.
I will say that the T1809 is where they got all the features they wanted for a while and froze that (so they have FM1, FM2, AM, 1xCD, AUX, IPOD, and USB drive reads, able to read MP3/WMA/AAC format).
But again, I am only speaking from pics. And observations between my T1808 and my friend's T1814 (installed from factory with his xB).
