Cruise control resume and moonroof issues

Okay to start with my 4R is an `03 Limited 4.7 2wd which is minute to these issues but anyway ...
1st, my cruise resume is a sometimer. Sometimes it'll resume and sometimes it won't. It accelerates just fine every time I ask it too but it just won't resume every time, just sometimes ... It doesn't matter whether or not I sue the "cancel" or just apply the breaks
2nd, the moonroof. Once upon a time, last week actually, I could press the slide open button "once" and it open automatically and press the "tilt" for it close, automatically. Now all of a sudden I have to hold this switch until it gets into position and if I hold it for too long it'll travel on to the next position whatever that may be lol.
Neither of these are deal breakers but they can be annoying and I'm afraid that one day the moonroof just might decide to not work any more about half way into traveling to the position I'm wanting lol.
Any ideas anyone?

Did you disconnect the battery recently? You have to open the sunroof, then close it all the way, then keep holding the button until it lifts up like a vent and it should click a couple times. Once it does that it should work properly again.

No, I haven`t disconnected the battery. As a matter of fact I have only had this truck right at a month and I'm learning as I go. As for doing anything under the hood I'm waiting until the lift supports come in. I found out "almost" the hard way that they don`t work lol.
I appreciate the tip for the sunroof. I'll give that a try tomorrow.

If you drop under 40 (maybe 45...) mph, the cruise control will not resume. You have to set a new speed. Some Toyota fail-safe or something.

And second the sunroof method. Open all the way. Hold the tilt button the close all the way, and through the cycle to tilt up. Once it stops, continue holding the button and you'll see it shift down about 1/2". Then your auto settings will be reset.
