Lights and locks not working

Guys, I have read up on most of the LED swap out threads on here (as many as I could find) and I have found nothing regarding any problems that anyone has had. I replaced all of my interior lights (the ten piece kit found on amazon) checking to make sure that they worked once I replaced them. When I got to the rear light I put it in and all the others went out. I now cannot get any of them to come on nor can I get my key fob to lock my doors....Should I have of replaced them all with the power off? If anyone knows anything please help!

Maybe you blew a fuse while trying to squeeze a bulb in there. I'd start there.
