Pls name this upper strut mount hat?

When I bought a set of FJ complete strut assembly it came with this bulky looking top hat and when I compared the height and configuration it seems identical to the t4r except the fj looks like it had some sort of rubber boot and extended bolts.. I ended up using the fj strut mount since they have low mileage and look fairly new and they work just fine when installed. I've been doing some search trying to find out if these are aftermarket or oem fj strut mount. Anyone have seen these before? Thanks!
