Passenger side mirror loose

I noticed today that my passenger mirror has alot of play in it. I can fold it back but in the normal highway position it has a considerable amount of wobble or play. The driver side is fine. Is there any way to tighten that up? I'm sure there is but how?
Thanks.

If you look under the mirror you'll see a small panel that can be popped off (not sure how hard to have to pry with a screwdriver so be very careful) This may give you access to a bolt to tighten up the hinge.

Good deal, thank you very much. I will be giving that a look-see tomorrow ;)
