I tried to research this thoroughly on some of the forums and found some helpful information. Thought I would share my experience since I just did this swap from stock XREAS to the Tacoma TRD components with FJC rear springs. The truck has just over 56k miles. (By
I, I mean a local shop did it for me. I got scared by taking apart XREAS.)
I found 2014 Tacoma TRD front springs & shocks and rear shocks locally. The guy drove his truck from the dealer lot straight to have a lift installed. Everything looked brand new with a total of 30 miles.
The rear shock eye bushing from the Tacoma needs to be changed out with this:

Other than that, everything swaps over cleanly.
I ended up with ~1.25" lift up front and ~0.50" lift for the rear. I didn't use any spacers. It definitely sits more level. I haven't driven enough to comment on the ride yet, but hope to get on some trails this weekend.
