Is My Turn-Signal Light Supposed To Be This Color?

I'm going to restore and polish my headlights later this week, and I noticed that the turn signal light on the front bumper (connected to the fog light, which happens to be clear) is white. Upon further inspection, it looks almost stock. Even the edges of the haze look pretty even, but the very edges of the plastic are clear. Basically I'm asking if it's supposed to be this way and can I restore it back to clear?

I'm thinking it's supposed to be clear. Here's a pic:

@Jonny xRex, unfortunately, I cannot see your pic. I am assuming that others cannot either. Just an FYI.

Turn signal: Supposed to be amber. Someone probably didn't install the amber bulb (there are clear bulbs as well). As far the haze (foggy), no they can't be restored. I just replaced them. The fog/haze was on the inside with mine. When that happens, you can't restore them (too small to be worth while to disassemble them).

ps: I can't see the pic either.

Hmmm...

Idk why it isn't working. Let me try it this way:

Or the link: https://app.box.com/s/hibmaog36d8g13jy552a

If that doesn't work, I'm not talking about the main headlight. I mean the one on the front bumper, connected to the fog light. It's either clear or white.

Yep, mine looked like that. Gotta replace it (assembly) with an AMBER bulb.

Not sure if you have DRLs (I don't think it matters), but here's a link where you can get them relatively cheap.

2003 Toyota 4Runner Parts - Conicelli Parts Center

Note: years 2003-2005 are the same assembly
