Help With Identifying Wires & Missing Part

So I took apart my middle console today to fix the flip up cover where my 12V power point is. And I noticed a few wires that weren't hooked up to anything. Can anyone help identify them? The blue connector was already connected to my DAC and the off white connector is for the 12V. What are the other two wires?

As far as the missing piece. Does anyone know where I can get the little tab that covers the shift release button? No clue where mine went.

Pre-wiring for heated seats I would assume? Many vehicles have connectors that don't go anywhere and/or just terminate at junction blocks due to lack of the option being on the vehicle.

I bought one, then I sold it to a member here, the good thing was having dual 12v outlet that's all, plus it had a ring on the cigarette lighter itself that illuminates when the lights are on.

Thanks for the part number, let me know if you order and if it actually fits, I might get this too since one of my clip is broken off.

Local dealer has it for $4. They just have to order it. Don't see the sense in paying $8 in shipping for a $2 part...
