Rear Brake Napa part numbers for 2008 Sport 4wd V8

I have been searching through the vaults but haven't found an answer that I am comfortable with. I want to replace rear rotors and brake pads on my 2008 Sport 4wd V8. I have read some posts that point to Napa having the wrong part numbers, but I think this only pertains to the front brakes. I get a discount through Napa and want to pull the trigger on this project this Friday or early next week. Are the part numbers indeed messed up in Napa's system and if so what part numbers do I need? and what pads to you guys suggest? Any input is always appreciated, look forward to getting the annoying shake out of my truck. I have verified its the breaks, when I engine brake there is zero shake. I have already done the front brakes a few months back, but the backs are pretty warped and down to like 10% on the pad. I figured I would go with the stock parts to finish all 4. Next round I may go with performance rotors as these tend to warp to easily.

The NAPA parts number confusion may be because of the two different size options for 4Runner brake rotors.

Rotor size question

Might be best to check what size rotors you have on your 4Runner now, and then try to have NAPA match that size.

SS line is ss7487m UP line is UP7487m and adaptive ones are AD7487 (best pad)

rotors are 4886929 and 86929 (ultra rotors)

only the fronts do you have to watch for being diffrent size pads and rotors, mostly onthe sport editions
