Body mount question ( not a body mount chop)

I have noticed the front of my truck bounces allot at first I thought it was the bumper but I found out if I grab the front fender well I can move the body on the mount.
I tried to tighten the mount but is seems tight and it doesn't look bad

I guess my questions are
1 is this normal?
2 how do I know if the body mount is good or not?
3 how tight is the mount supposed to be

thanks again

your body mount bushing is probably worn. pull it out by using one of the body lift threads. the bushing has a metal sleeve that will only let you tighten them so much that it won't do anything.

I have looked for oem bushing but it looks like only toyota oem sells them.
