VSC, ABS and brake lights on with audible alarm- Help

I have been looking for possible answers with not a lot of luck so far. So I thought I would post here to see if anyone could possibly help. I have a 2005 4runner SR5 4x4 and recently have had a reoccurring issue where VSC trac, VSC Off, ABS, and Brake light pops on also there is a very loud audible alarm from inside the dash; this all happens for a few minutes and than shuts off. I have read some people having similar issues and having zero breaking power but for me everything seems to be functioning fine. Any thoughts on what might be an issue here?

Brake Fluid is fine. Every once in a while it there is a little vibration sound maybe from a pump? The whole issue mainly happens in the morning when the temp is below 60 degrees. It will happen within the first few minutes of driving and than it won't happen again for the rest of the day.

Air in the system possibly? Maybe try a brake bleed.

Got in the car this morning and Brakes went to the floor. No more breaks.. My best guess is a failure in the ABS System?
