I have just bought an enclosed trailer and now I need to make sure everything will be secure and safe for a long trip we will be making.
I have a 5 inch difference in height for the trailer so I got an adjustable hitch and will want to lock it.
I originally looked at locks with those round keys for the hitch and to lock the trailer door but then I found out that those can be picked with a bic pen in just a few seconds:

here is another lock like that being picked easily with a cheap bic pen

I might end up getting the locking hitch pin that uses the factory key here:

But one question I have is would i need 2 of them? I have 2 pins that are used to adjust the ball mount and I would think someone could pull those 2 pins out to free the trailer from the 4runner. This is the hitch I have:

Do I need to replace one of those pins with a locking one?
The other question then is about the rear door lock on the trailer. I want something that cannot be cut with bolt cutters or picked very easily, any suggestions?
Thanks!
