Few years ago I went to Australia for vacation and most trucks there ALL had snorkels. Even transit buses had snorkels on them. Pretty cool to see this.
Here an example why a snorkel is needed.

Enough about the snorkel. . .sell me your rig please!

Looking forward to this! Would like to have peace of mind of not having the intake in the wheel well. Is it reasonable to expect I'll also be getting rid of the factory airbox or is this still used? Could use the space for onboard air...

I'll give them one more year to make a dedicated 4th gen model, then I'm gonna buy one and make it fit.
Either way adding a snorkel means I'll need to trim my passenger side ditch light bracket (probably).

Hot damn - see, I don't offroad that hard...plus I think a snorkel would be irrelavant given water would have ruined the interior at that depth! haha
That's a badass picture.

No release date yet nor do I have pics as of yet. I was emailed and told an Aussie engineer is coming over here in a couple of weeks for test fitments. We hope to be part of that; if we are, I will post photos and info at that time.
With a 2004 Limited in our stable I'm super jazzed for this. Hope to have more good news soon. Cheers,

I don't know if i'm going to be patient enough to wait this out Usually with a new product for a new model takes a good part of a year , i hope this is not the case but i'm going to stick it out for as long as i can! If not i'll pry just get the Safari ss135hf which i know others have used successfully with some minor modifications..

Keep waiting, it's going to take a lot more than a month to get this product out.

Can't wait to see what they come up with. Hopefully they stay with the tacoma design...
