I'm presuming you have a 4th gen, 4runner.
You can certainly run wheels from other vehicles IF THEY FIT.
1st the lug pattern & number has to match (6 lug by 5.5).
Also you need to know what minimum size rim you need (16" or 17"). The Sport editions & SOME Limiteds have larger rotors requiring a 17" min. wheel.
Our Toyota wheels are HUBcentric and I'd recommend you stay with that style.
Many TOYOTA wheels are direct fit (Tacoma's, FJ Cruisers, GX470s, 5th gens, etc.
If you want to stay with Toyota wheels, monitor ebay, craigslist, and specific forums for the model you're looking for. People are always selling their factory wheels. Good Luck!
