Xreas leaking, suggestion on shock replacement?

Hey folks, I'm new here and have been reading a lot of good info here on these forums, hope I can maybe get some input on this little project I'm planning.

So I bought the wife a 08' urban runner few months back, and knew I will need new shocks soon cause I felt the front end bottoming out while going over parking lot speed bumps, and I saw the x-reas front shocks are leaking.

So I'm faced with a dilemma. I already know I need to scrap xreas, but should I keep the stock coils, and replace the shocks with 5100's ? Or is that a bad combo? Or should I just get all the suspension parts replaced, including the coils?

I eventually plan on doing a maybe a 2" lift all around just to make it little more off-road worthy but wife will be using the car as a daily driver, so I don't wanna go all out on the suspension just yet. I had 5100's on my 06 Tacoma and had it rolling on 33" tires with the leaf lift on the back. How similar is it to Tacoma?

Anyways I guess I'm wanting to have about a 2" lift all around all said and done. Any suggestions ? Pointers ?

Go for the bilsteins. You didn't mention how many miles your truck has. depending on mileage may want to replace the springs as well.

Yeah I had 84k which is not a whole lot, but I replaced my xreas with bilsteins and OME springs. Netted over 4" of lift due to the stock springs being so worn out and I didn't even realize it. I love the ride now also

Thanks for the reply. So the truck has 82k right now. I guess maybe the springs are shot too then huh, since it's been rolling on leaky shocks.
