Please, where does the brake wiring split

I've looked at every diagram I can find and I cannot for the life of me find where the brake light hot wire splits. I'm trying to wire in a brake flasher and I'd rather not buy a second and have to wire them right next to each tail. Anyone got any idea?

Well not sure exactly what you're trying to do, but from the 2005 wiring diagram the brake wire (green/yellow) splits at the J40 & J40 junction connector in the left rear quarter - near the towing converter relay.
