Gas Pedal Vibration
Alright Kids,
drove home from work today and noticed that at lower speeds (<45mph), my gas pedal vibrates ever so lightly when accelerating. Once you pass 2000 RPM or about 40-45 mph, the vibration stops.
Now, the vibration is light but noticable. Admittedly, I'm a noob when it comes to SUVs, but isnt our gas pedal part of a drive by wire system? Why would a gas pedal transmit vibration? I've searched prior threads and some mention that the dealers suggest the vibration is normal road noise. Then again, why would the vibration stop when you let go of the gas pedal?
I only have 1500 miles on the SE and everything else about it is flawless. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar before I speak with the dealer about it.
Thanks!
