2003 Sport with the ARB/OME spring little lift and Bilsteins.
265/70/17 Michelin Defender LTX M/S2
These are almost $30 a tire cheaper than the odd gen4 oem size 265/65/70. No brainer if you have any kind of a lift.
These replace a really old set of Michelin LTX that were weather checked and the factory wheels that were getting very corroded required cleanup occasionally to keep from leaking.
No rubbing. I have the Michelin X Ice snow tires for this as well on aftermarket wheels with way more offset than these TRD wheels and they do rub a little on the fender liner because they are quite a but wider even though they are the same 265/70 size.
It doesn't look perfect, but that is what I love about this truck. Gets it done. Tow vehicle, occasional trips to the San Juans for mild off roading, 3rd car and mostly a winter time garage queen. It deserved a nice new pair of shoes. Bought the wheels semi locally online on sale for a good price (Dan Deery in Cedar Falls, Ia). Picked up, no shipping.
