FJ springs added .5 lift and increased spring pounds from 180 to 190 lbs.

Attached pics are of my T4R with these installed, with a 2.5 front / 1.5 rear.

Burtman Insustries has some pretty neat items including the Sprint Booster. This spoiler really stood out and has been in my “to buy” list for quite some time.
My 4Runner didn’t have the spoiler so if you find the one you want maybe I’ll buy your old one so you can recoup some cost
