Anyone recognize this?

Like the title says, anyone recognize this and where I could get it. I think its just a tire carrier the bumper looks stock but rhino lined/ linex.

Pretty sure that was a DIY job, not sure who the guy is but remember seeing it on this forum.

No luck on google image search to reverse search it either. Suggested a Peugeot lol.

looks like it says something "labs" cutout on the name plate?

Neat concept, you can tell it's the fit-up stage. This wouldn't fly in most states without relocating the license plate.

Not just a tire carrier. It's a custom swing-arm holding the spare, hi-lift, gas and water jerry cans. I have something similar with dual swing-arms including a relocated license plate.
