HELP!! Door and Side Moldings

HELP!!
How do I get these off?? Some of the clips broke and the panels are hanging now, I've bought the replacement clips but cant figure out how to remove the old clips safely. Trying to save $$ and not have Toyota do the work.

Thos clips are in a square hole. Use some regular pliers and grap the broken clip and turn it a quarter turn. The clip should come right out that way.

I have to do this! Both side doors are doing the 'ol double slap when closing.
Where is the best place to get a full set of clips?

The problem with this tool is it creates low spots (dents) near the clip, because

the tool requires downward pressure to remove the clip and these clips are hella

tight. Trust me my method, grab and twist, will work like a charm. This tool

does work wonders for other clips, but not so much with this type, especially if

you want to keep the surrounding metal straight.
