Trailer wiring not working

So the other day I went and tried to pull a trailer, and the electrical did not work on my truck. I had the 4 pin adapter for the truck and trailer. Thought maybe it was the trailer and tried with a different car and trailer worked fine. The trailer fuse is not blown, any ideas what the issue could be.

I know you said the fuse isn't blown, but replace it anyway.
sometimes they break in such a way that it is very hard to see. just put in a new one to verify.

I have also seen fuses pass a DVOM test, but at soon as an actual LOAD is applied, they create an open circuit.

if a circuit is in question at all, replace the fuse.

This happened to me as well. All fuses good, and could not figure out what the issue was. Finally after some advice I cleaned all of the connections where the wiring harness from the truck goes into the multi pin (6 or 7...can't remember) bracket. Put some good electrical grease on there, and it was good to go. I also got a new 4flat connector that plugs into the multi pin socket. Living in the snowbelt, lots of things corrode easily in the back end.

Check your relay too. Id probably start at the plug at the rear with a test light first though.

I have issues with the connection to the trailer and experience this all the time. cleaning the contacts helps as noted earlier
