Rear hatch window key?

2007 limited. Key turned CCW will lower the window. Key does not turn CW. Should it?

Thoughts?

Yes it should turn CW, closes the window and locks the doors.

Thoughts? Well something is wrong no doubt. Spray some WD40 into it see if that looses anything up.

That's what I thought. Working on it. That's the problem with key fobs. No one uses the keys and they seize up.
