I need to update this thread. I have some new light bar mounts on there and I am in the middle of putting in more cargo tie down points.

A few months ago I replace my aluminum light bar mounts with these Tacoma mounts.

Since there are only 4 tie down points in these vehicles stuff in the cargo area loves to go flying all the time, more tie down points is something I have always needed/wanted. I cut a piece of wood to fit the cargo area, put some black carpet on it, and mounted it to the factory tie down locations. Now I can mount things wherever I want.

Update
1" Body Lift Installed (Aug 14)
I didn't take any photos during install. It was a long and boring install. The radiator drop brackets are very poorly designed and difficult to install. The directions also sucked! Installing my suspension lift was easier but I needed the body lift to help with tire clearance.
80 mil Sound deadening in inner and outer layer of the 4 doors. (Aug 17)
Very happy with the result. I does a good job at reducing exterior noise.

Scored a deal on Craigslist on a K&N Cold Air Intake. Can't wait to install it!

link me to the sound refracting stuff you put in. I've seen it used before, and actually want to give it try brfore I go ahead and upgrade all the door speakers and add a sub in the future.
so what, is 80 mil the best? and does it just keep sound in and block outside sounds or what?

I don't know much about this stuff. I got 80 mil because it's thicker and I just expect thicker to be more effective.
Here is what I used: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I am visiting NAU this weekend so I decided to take a trip to Sedona and do Broken Arrow Trail. Some stuff looked intimidating but the 4Runner handled everything very well and never scraped on anything, except my receiver recovery hook.
