Question Ideas for Grey Bumper Inserts. Paint or Plasti-Dip it.

Not sure which way to go but Grey Now matches Nothing. Are the pieces easily removed? Have to change it.

I plasti dipped mine, they've been great about 8 months now, but i just saw a few specs that have chipped off. Barely can see them unless you squat down and look. I would recommend using the glossifier as well, it will help with the fading of the dip.

I'm sure you could paint them, that's just my experience.

Duplicolor bumper paint is tough, durable, and lasts. Used it to paint the extensive plastic trim on my previous truck ('02 Xterra). Just don't shortchange the prep no matter what you go with. It really is important to successful painting.

Dipped mine black. I have run it across logs and all sorts of crap and only have a couple lines where it rubbed hard. Smooth it ou,t add another coat and all good to go.
