Weather strip under roof rack rail

Noticed that one (the passenger side one) of the long black weather strip that runs under the roof rack rail is gone while washing the car today

Not sure when/how did it happen or how much damage has this done (was raining for a few weeks).

Some Qs:

1. Is it a part that can be easily dropped in or need 'professional care' (Looks like I can just drop it in but not so sure since it is a sealing part)? Does any one know the part number(s) of this thing?
2. Should I be concerned because of driving/parking outside while raining, without the weather strip in place? I have not notice any sign of leakage (from inside the cabin) yet.

Thanks!

Mine has been blown out a couple times by the blowers at the end of the carwash. I just push them back in. I haven't looked in quite a while, they may be gone by now. lol No leaks

Mine have been missing for probably since I bought it in '09, if not longer. I have been in Alaska's sub-zero temps and in hurricanes in North Carolina and nothing. I have sat and wondered what it would cost to replace it. It is also on the drivers side

get some 3M Super weatherstrip adhesive in black. dab it in a few places and it will hold. mine did that and it has held for 2 years now.

I'm missing one as well. I think it's more cosmetic just to fill in the channel more than anything else.

My always blow out at the car wash, so I take them out beforehand.

One time I lost one at the car wash and they found it a month later, still intact.

They are about $60 each for replacements.
