Currently my front setup is a pair of 5100s set at 2.5" of lift and stock springs... this left the front a little lower than the rear and it was driving me nuts... So, over the weekend I took the time to swap in some different front coils in hopes of obtaining a little more lift up front to level it out! I hate rake! So, I grabbed a pair of STOCK 5th gen SR5 coils from
@ KCcarguy
and slapped them on... luckily they worked and netted me right at 1" of lift! Also, oddly enough, I swear the ride is even smoother than before! It drives GREAT!
Sitting nice and level now!

Nice. I have 5th gen springs with 5100 .85 . I want to go 1.75, but already the space with the coil spring is close since the 5th gens have 2 more coil and are longer.
Do you get any coil binding? Do the coils clink when at full compression?
And you mentioned you had 4th gen oem springs at first. When installing the 5th gens, what is the ride difference? Did it get harsher?
Can we get a pick of the coil in the strut to see ho much space you have between them?
