Tail Light/ instrument cluster light fuse keeps blowing

I found a short incomplete thread on the 3rd Gen site. My problem is that my fuse which protects both keeps blowing . Just for the heck of it I kept going up in size and the initial 15 amp fuse blew immediately as did the 20 and 25. A 30 amp worked fine. God knows what I am going to fry if I leave this inland however . What is my next step to figuring out what the hell is going on? I did add HID fog lights (projector housing ). The marker lights and the turn signals have been changed to LED's (turns have resistors). I don't think anything else is on this and could be causing a power spike . Perhaps my backup camera but that doesn't use much juice. My amps and stereo are directly connected to battery.

unhook the dimmer wire in the radio harness, also undo any added harness you put with the hid fogs, also changed that fuse back out.
maybe you wire up the resistor incorrect also, they do sell the flasher module for 15 bucks or so for the led to work.

Thank you so much for the reply. I am going to try to go without the resistors with the $15 mod. The HID's were plug and play. Will check on dimmer wire.
