I know, right! I think its awesome that I can roll REAL beadlocks around with no problems from cops/etc because everyone thinks they are fake!

btw- If the OP is going to run locks, might as well get real ones:

Why are bead locks illegal anyway?

@Utopia - haha!

@duffdog - I'll have to keep that in mind. I should be picking something up in June, so I have a few weeks to figure it out. Thanks.

@07V8 - LiftLaws.com - Are Beadlocks Street Legal?

I like the MR309s too but I am with one of the other poster, I do not like the fake beadlock.

Need help picking NEW wheels for the rig

Plasti dip your current rims. And save your money.

Maybe I'm getting old. It's tough to be taken seriously with aftermarket wheels these days IMO.

Disclaimer. I've bought several sets of wheels for my cars over the years. But Toyota makes some great looking stock wheels. The limited 18s. The 5th gen trails. Upgrade to those if you hate the sports.

@mizak82 - I would agree with you, but the issue is width. I am going to jump up to a 35x12.50 tire, so I want to be rolling on a 8.5-9" wheel (width) at least.

Soooo...Want to buy my sport rims? They come with BFG 285/70/17 ATs with about 70% of the tread left on them.

I picked the STANDARD, because I don't like black rims with black tires.

Your mileage may vary.

@Ausumm - Neither option 1 or 3 are black. They are both matte grey with a black lip.
