Having trouble folding my middle seat in my 3 row seat 4runner

I have a 2005 sr5 with 3rd row seats. the middle driver side seat will fold down but it will not fold forward. It used to but now it doesn't. one of the latches feels like it is coming undone but the other one is not. I've tried prying it up somewhat gently but it will not come up and i dont want to break it.

Any ideas what I can do for this? i've tried taking the seat apart but I can't get very far because it doesn't release that latch.

What part of the seat feels like it's hanging up?

The seat back attaches to the hook on the body, there isn't any other place it locks if I remember correctly...

After the back seat folds down, one of the hooks or whatever underneath the center middle seat doesn't release and keeps it stuck there.

Ah, missed that you have a 3rd row. Well... you're basically gonna have to trace the cable. You might be able to pop the back of the seat off and see which one is binding up on you...
