I have the Thule Adventurer, so yours may be different, but another thing to keep in mind is clearance. If I mount mine to the factory bars it can't be positioned far enough forward to allow the rear hatch to open. (I have the hump back spoiler, which exaggerates this.)
I had to use aftermarket (yakima) crossbars so the box sat a little bit higher, which allows my rear hatch to open freely. I only mention this so that you can check your clearance (if getting in and out of the back is important to you) before you scramble for factory attachments that you may not use anyway.
