Can anyone recommend a good mechanic in the Denver, CO area?
I have a family member out in Denver with a 4th gen. They are looking for a good mechanic instead of going to the dealer. Can anyone recommend someone?

They've done quite a bit on my truck including timing belt. Not only are they good but they're honest which is a rare find. No need for a dedicated Toyota shop, you just need a trustworthy independent. Do not use the dealers, they've tried to sell me plenty I didn't need and don't trust any I'm familiar with.

Thanks guys, I agree Indy shops are the way to go. Family member is looking for some basic maintenance items, but also potentially get a lift installed to replace aging shocks. If I lived in CO I'd do the work for em myself, but plane tickets aren't cheap!

I will second that. I just had my SPC control arms and 6112's installed by Phil at Smooth Rides 2 weeks ago. My 2nd time there. He's very honest and they are good, and being next to Toytec, they know our vehicles very well. Very good, not a single complaint.
