2006 4Runner driver side mirror glass replacement

Does anyone have instructions on how to replace the door mirror glass driver side?
I have a 2006 sport v6.

I found this string but it's for 2001 so I think it's different than gen4.
Thoughts?

Replace Side Mirror Enclosure or Glass?

Try my write-up here: Write-Up: Mirror Disassembly Down to the Inner Guts PIC HEAVY. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Note that for your purposes you can skip the removal of the 3 screws under the tab at the start and go straight to the glass removal.

Thanks. I got it off by doing exactly as you said. I put the mirror all the way up. I used a big flat head to just move the white part away from the mount. Then I went back to the car and tilt of the mirror back to a normal position, and then just gently pulled it away and it came off.

Now to find a part.
