Headlights not working on low, high beams working. HELP

Just hopped in my truck to go to dinner and the low beams wouldn't work. High beams worked, didn't test the fogs. Low beams definitely worked yesterday morning, not sure what might have caused them to suddenly not work. Anyone have any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else? Ill have to loook into it tomorrow, but I have no clue where to start. Thanks everyone

Hmm ... if it was only one headlight not working on low beam, I'd be thinking either the bulb or the fuse. But with both not working, I might first check on the headlight relay circuit.

You can swap lights left to right. See if its just the bulb. I just went thru this. It was my light socket. Had to get a new headlight socket at autozone and solder it on. Now percect. Hopefully this helps.

If neither of his low beams are working this isn't going to work, either both sides are burned out are neither side is getting voltage, he could however remove bulbs from the foglights and try them since both the low beams and foglights use the same bulbs.

not unless its a 2006-09 model years, h11 for lows. 9006 for fogs and 9005 for highs.
03-05 is 9006 lows and fogs and 9005 for highs.

Yeap, I forgot they changed the lows in 2006, I guess it would help if the OP stated what year T4R he has???

Edit: Just notice the OP user's name "buckeye4runner08", so I guees it's safe to guess he has a 2008.

Once in 35 years of driving I had both low beams burnout at the same time. Immediately though it was a electrical gremlin started tearing into the nissan, found nothing wrong, pulled a bulb, tested open, same with the other.

New bulbs and presto, light

YMMV

Same thing happened to me before. Turned on the truck to go to work, no low beams, so drove the wife's car. When I got back home, I started digging through wiring diagrams, just wondering what hell I was in for - then I swapped my driving lamp bulbs ('03) to my low beam positions & voila! FIXED!

Don't go for the hardest fix. it may actually be the easiest one!

Now I tend to keep spare bulbs on hand.
