Mystery Coolant Leak, please help

Hello,
I have a coolant leak above the water pump housing as pictured. I can see it start seeping up from the top of the timing belt cover after driving it cools down. I lose about a quart of coolant every couple weeks.

I had the timing belt replaced about a year ago, and had the o-ring replaced in thermostat housing about 2 months ago as I was searching for the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas here about where this leak is coming from?

thanks in advance

Timing belt and water pump are usually replaced together. Was water pump also replaced?
