And what is the coupon code for 20% off if I buy the whole kit and kaboodle from you guys? 😏

Thanks for all of your help, and my apologies if you answered these already. I looked but didn’t have any luck.
There's no way to answer that. Could be up to 100k miles or more, as there are too many variables that can go into it. It's like the head gasket in your engine, you fix it when it needs replacing and there isn't a specific time to rebuild it.

Consider his too, some people drive 25 year old 4runners with stock suspension not expected to last over 100k, but it depends who owned it, how they drive, environment, etc

No you can't do it at home due to specialty tools required, nitrogen, etc. Any shock rebuilder will be able to do it in addition to Dobinsons in Miami. Turn around varies by where you send it and what it is that they're doing. A regular rebuild is simply new seals and new oil.

That sort of discount doesn't come up unfortunately.

Hey looking to get some advice
2005 v8 limited with RAS. I currently have 5100 all around with fj coils in the front. Looking to achieve a 2.5-3” lift all around leveled. I want to pair the 5100’s with dobinsons springs and will do a RAS conversion. Wondering to level the vehicle with a 2.5-3” lift what spring should i be running and should i add a 1/4” spacer on the drivers side to account for the lean ?

Sounds like C59-314 up front and C59-675V out back for ~2.5 all around...but it might not be level - the rear might be a bit high. I'm at 2.5/1.5 and it appears to be pretty level.

I personally had only (significant) rear driver's side lean and it look a large spacer to fix that.

That's good advice there.

C59-314 for 2.5" front lift at the lowest clip height. If you have a lean now in the front, then it will get more accentuated when lifted, so add a 1/4" spacer to the low side up there.

C59-505 is the normal 1.5" rear coil, but it also depends on what airbag conversion kit you use, as some add height (like the Dobinsons). Some rear kits also come with leveling spacers.

2.5" front and 1.5" rear looks really good on these, leaves about 1" of rake and still aligns and drives well.

Thanks crikeymike! I decided on the c59-314 with a 1/4 spacer on the drivers front.
For the rear would a c59-325 be level? Was planning to convert with metaltechs kit + 10 mm spacer on the driver rear

My measure menta no
FL- 21 1/4”
LR- 20”

RF- 21 1/2”
RR - 21 1/2”

Dig your setup setup as I'm planning to go with the 255/80 pizza cutters and I have the V8. Did you need to do any trimming or a BMC to fit? Also any reason you choose TC UCA's as opposed to going with Dobinsons?

That's the best way to start. Some 4th Gens lean way worse than others, so you won't know until you get it installed and settled, but what you've chosen sounds good. But is your rear 1.5" leaning to one side right now? LR-20" and RR at 21.5"

Yeah its around that measuring from bottom of fender to center hub. Im suspecting i have a leaking airbag thats why its so drooped, but i dont want to throw in a huge spacer in there and then it sticking out. Maybe a 20mm spacer maybe the best bet.

Post lift, my rear driver's side sagged 1" WITH a Dobinsons' 15mm spacer still (no bags - stock already had a .75" lean)...the lean gets exaggerated as you lift as well. I had to stack a 1.5" spacer on top of the Dobinsons to get her right. My fronts evened out with Dobinsons 314s on.

Wow im about 1 1/3 inch lower in the drivers rear, im wondering if i should just put a 20 mm spacer. I gotta start looking for a spacer i guess.

20mm might not be nearly enough. Best bet is to install the lift and see how much you need. I tried just the 1.5" spacer too and still had a .5" lean so I had to re-add the 15mm spacer.

Yeah ill have to measure it after, i just think the major sag in rear left is due to a leaking airbag there.
