My T4R is also a daily. The setup Mike put together for me rides better, than most if not every stock suspension I've ever driven (talking SUV, and pickups here). It may not be as soft, but I feel the way it handles overall is important versus "not feeling any pot holes or cracks." I did post some pics just up a few posts.

@Dobinson
Can you tell us a bit about the monotube coilovers/rear shocks for this application?

I should let
@ Kfog375
jump in on this one, as he just installed a set onto his GX470 a few weeks back, the same parts that would go on a 4th Gen. His thread is here: The Dobinsons MRR have arrived!
The MRR's are only available by special order right now, which requires air freight from Australia. All of the info about them can be found here, and more on Kyle's thread.

Like Mike said, I put the MRR's on a few weeks ago on the TOO GX and it's been a really nice ride since. The ride has been really nice, and install was a breeze. Set the collars to 8 3/8" on the driver side and 8 1/2" on the passenger.
I've been pushing these pretty hard on my GX folks, its really an incredible value (even with the air freight). I really think they're going to shake things up once stocked stateside.
I've actually got a set of the 675V progressive coils headed my way to get some more data on how the MD application works with the GX/4th gen weight (with no bumpers, etc). We're thinking it'll be around 2.25-2.5" of rear lift, i'm expecting the ride to improve some as well.
Any specific questions you've got?

Installed the 675V medium variable rate coils yesterday on the Treaty Oak Offroad GX. The ride is definitely improved when paired with the MRR coilovers and shocks. The medium variable rate coils only provided about 1.75" of lift vs the 2.25" I had with the C59-314 linear coil, but with the improved ride I think i'm going to leave them. I need reduce a little preload up front by about 1/2" to get a little rake back.

Cool, I just processed and shipped that order.
It will be riding high without those bumpers on there!! You bought the heavy front and rear coils with that kit.

My order just came in from your guys Amazon USA store. You sent me the C59-727 springs for a 4th gen v6 heavy load but it isn't listed as an option in this thread, will these still work with the gs59-637 shock?
EDIT: NVM I see you just replied to my previous post so they must be good to go! Yeah I will be riding high until I get the bumpers, but I don't plan on it taking longer than a couple months for me to get the funds for them haha

Yes, and yes.
They're the same as the 327 coils, but offset heights, which is better for a 4th gen to compensate for the lean. Put the taller coil on the lower side.

Sorry for the slow response, was out of service for a while and forgot to respond. So unfortunately I haven't gotten the 677's, none of the trades have worked out so I've just been dealing with the saggy. I love the ride of the 675's just not the height when loaded. If you have a full 3" lift front, carry any extra weight, and like a raked look (and have long enough shocks like the LT's) then I would recommend 677s. If you get them and they are too high for your taste then you know who to swap them with! I have not have the MT LT springs but I've heard they are too stiff and that's really helping these Dobinson guys get some love on the LT side. They know how to flex!

Well let me know if you decide to part with the 675s in some fashion other than a trade. I am near certain the 677s are going to be way too tall for my GX. It already has an added 3/4" in spring perch height from my rear airbag-to-coil spring conversion. And I don't carry around a lot of gear...

Installed my new Dobinsons springs. 300's in the front and 599's in the rear. Bilstein 5100 shocks all around with the front set to the lowest clip. Tires are 265/75-16 Cooper AT3's.
Fender to ground is 37" on both fronts, 38" on the left rear, 38.5" on the right rear. This is using an OME 10mm rear trim spacer on the driver's side.
Some comparison pics to my old Moog Coils. Fronts were the V8 version, rears were the stock replacements. I previously had the Moog V8 coils with the 5100's set at the 3rd notch and now with the Dobinsons 300's up front with the 5100's at the lowest clip I am sitting 1" higher in the front. Also, I gained about 1.25" in the rear with the 599's vs. the Moogs.
The Dobinsons design seated much better in both the front and rear of the truck during the install.

Can I run the Dobinsons Springs with my FJC TRD Bilstein shocks? Are they compatible?

Yeah, they should be fine. They're just the 2" OE Bilstein TRD shocks/struts, right?

Yes they sure are. Would you rather me PM you or email you regarding a possible order? I just have a few questions.
