I know a lot of Dobinsons coils are sold out right now, but there's a price increase next week, October 1st, on all coils!! Any orders placed until then, even if they're on backorder, will still get the current pricing.
Just a heads up!!

You guys must all be chilling now that summer is over!! Post up photos here of your Dobinsons suspension in action. I think some records were set this year for how many people took road trips, especially out west!!

Had a buddy share these from down in the islands. Looks like the salt air took it's toll on the stock parts just a little bit!!
3" front and rear with all parts including MRA 3-way adjustable monotubes.
Check out the rear upper trailing arms, Dobinsons WA59-522K vs stock!!

how is it with an rtt? I have same lift, same tent. I got extended links, but based on this photos I can get more flex if I remove the sway bar but I am concerned about the steering.

I removed my rear bar shorty after I bought the vehicle, but I didn’t notice much difference in sway after the lift. If anything, the new suspension handles better than the worn out stuff I had before, and is more supportive in the bends even without a bar.
I have a pretty curvy 45 mile commute through the mountains and I haven’t had any issues. I’m even considering trying it out with the front bar removed. If I get around to trying that I’ll report back, but the suspension travel gained is well worth it 🤘🤘

Alright everyone, this is the once a year sale you’ve all been waiting for, and since 2020 has been a year most of us would like to put past us as fast as possible, we are offering the Dobinsons Black Friday Sale for the FULL month of November!!! Yep, 15% off all Dobinsons parts from November 1st to November 30th.
Click here for the full details: Dobinsons Black Friday Sale 2020, All November!! | Exit Offroad
Giving everyone a heads up because stock has already been so limited this year, so those who order the earliest will get the parts the soonest!! All backorders placed will still get the deal, and will ship when possible.
Suspension, SNORKELS, awnings, bumpers, drawer systems, it's all going to be on sale!!
IMS struts, $425 instead of $500, MRA front struts for $850 instead of $1000, coils are $170 instead of $200, drawer systems start at $977.50, etc, etc
Also, on the heels of the last group buy I did for the snorkels, the restock is due around November 5th, and I don't expect them to last long, so get your orders in as quick as you can if you want/need one soon. ($255 plus shipping with the coupon code)

Any chance you can supply some details in terms of the weight load ? I recently spoke with mike and he set me up with the same front coils 59-300 but put me on 59-599 rear coils netting a 1” gain.
How did you finalize on the rear coil 59-325?

Hey
@ Crikeymike
!! First post!
I wanted to get your opinion on the setup I'm going with.
Vehicle: 07 4Runner SR5 V8 4wd - 97k miles
I previously had a 2014 Tacoma and decided to join the 4r v8 club after finding one hard to pass up. my Tacoma had billies before, and although I like them I wanted to do more of a purpose build and it led me to the Dobinsons IMS.
Current build goals:
a front bumper and winch (hopefully within 6 months)
possibly a rear dual swing-out bumper with full-size spare
running 285/70r17's with -10 offset
Full skids
Rock sliders
The suspension setup I had decided on are as follows:
Front:
C59-314(red) + 226mm Seat Height
Rear:
C59-675V(red) + IMS59-50575 long travel
Driving style: a little quick around the corners, mostly highway, and city driving. but I do run some semi-difficult trails when going camping/exploring. wanting to make a trip to Colorado next year when the setup is complete Plus I do tow a larger bass boat from time to time along with misc trailers.
My questions:
1. what do you think of the setup?
2.I have purchased 2" extended bump stops for rear along with Wheelers extended Brake lines; will this be sufficient?
3. Should I go 677V's in the rear? (I probably won't be doing a rack/RTT for a long time, no fridge also. but I will have a good amount of camping gear and a large dog + small child, but that's only for long trips which only happens 5-6 times a year at the moment (hoping to increase)
4. what is the current ETA on Springs?
5. I know it will settle, but with the vehicle empty what do you think I would see regarding hub to fender measurements?
thank you for your time and dedication!
Anyone else with this setup? Please post pictures, I'm too excited to wait!!
