All 3 would be about the same, just the 677V's are taller to give more lift.

Mike, I have to apologies for being so clumsy with the measuring tape. I measured the height from the ground to the fender and subtracted the ground_to_mid_wheel_height and the answer was 22.5" for my setup with a bumper and a winch. Not sure why its firm, I will try to remove the swaybar to see if it changes anything.

The monotubes were all made to the same lengths as the twin tubes were.

Does anyone have pictures of the C59-302 and C59-505 installed with 265/70r17 tires? Or even the C59-300's. Thanks

Hey mike its Gabriel (ozzie305) I decided to post some pics of my lift on here since I basically have all Dobinson products. For anyone interested in my lift. The car is a 2008 4 runner v6 2wd. So my lift numbers would differ from alot of you guys. My car currently has Toyota TRD pro wheels oem. With 285/70/17 Nitto Ridge grapplers. I also have spider trax 1.25 wheel spacers all around. Upfront I have bilstein 5100 with c59300 coil. I currently have it at the second clip. My hub to fender height upfront is 23". Also I have the Dobinson upper control arms installed. At the Rear I have the bilstein 5100 shocks with c59-677v. In the rear I measured about 24.5 to 25. Its hard to measure exactly with the spider trax so my numbers could be off slightly. I should be raising the car upfront very soon since Im not liking the rake. I want some slight rake but not this much.
Has anyone used the Dobinson 300 coils and bilstein 5100 on the third clip ? would it be safe? Am I better off buying different springs. At the moment Im not sure what direction to take. Im perfectly happy with the rear . Thats the look I was going for.
First 2 pics are how it currently sits.
Last two was before.. Front had dobinson c59300 with bilsteins at stock level and rear coils were bilstein 1.8" coils with the bilstein shocks. I was unhappy with the slight negative rake I got.

Do you have stock measurements? With the 300 being a 2" lift and the first notch a 0.85", you've exceeded the max lift the 5100 has been designed for. How does this set up ride?

My struts upfront were shot to begin with so my stock measurements wouldn't really be a good starting point but it was 18 inches wheel to hub. The car rides exactly the same from when I had it on the stock setting and the 300 coils ( 2 inch lift). That wheel to hub measurements were 22 1/2 df and 22 1/4 pf. So I gained about 1/2 inch to 3/4 moving it up to second clip. Being at 23 now. Another angle I was considering was maybe getting a 1/2 inch strut spacer. Im almost there lol just 1/2 to 1inch away from moving on to other projects on the car lol .

Yea that should work. Sounds like you might need UCA's though.
I just ordered C59-302 and C59-505 on friday to go on some 5100's. Im starting to think that this wont give me the amount of rake I'm looking for.

I actually do have the Dobinson upper control arms. I aligned my car yesterday at pep boys got a 1 yr unlimited alignment for this same reason. Alignment was spot on btw. I keep going back and forth on what I want. Im not sure what size lift your trying to achieve but I wish I would have set my heart on 3 inches from the get go and went all out. Now things are costing me more than anticipated. I guess a plus side is I installed everything myself and after doing the back like 3 times. The front like 4. I got this down to a science. So taking it apart doesn't bother me and unlimited alignment serves its purpose. I hope you got the struts and springs pre assembled. Its a real pita doing it with the 40$ spring compressors. Very scary thing to do lol. Luckily second time around I found some local shop who does it for 30$ a piece. To crank it up to second notch. Depending on what Mike suggests ill make my next move in the front end. Who woulda thunk how much trouble someone needs to go thru for a 1/2 inch to a 1inch.

@ Crikeymike
Do you know if the GS59-221 and the GS59-220s are marked on the shock? I have a sneaking suspicion I got the 220s.
Edit: It's stamped on the shock. I have 221s....hmmm...

Lift Questions
My suspension needs replacing and I’ve been all over the place between OME, 5100’s, and now I’m leaning towards Dobinson’s.
It’s a 2008 V8 LTD that they previous owner pulled the XREAS and RAS out of. He put in FJ Springs and 5100’s.
My usage is mainly highway with some light off-roading in Colorado. Tires are currently 265/65 R18 and they are new so I don’t want to swap them out yet.
I have a small 2500 lb travel trailer that I tow so I want as little sag as possible. I guess putting RAS back in is an option. I’m overwhelmed when looking at all of the spring options. Can anyone help me pick something out to order?
