03 V6 4speed Auto Tranny Seems To Be In Neutral In Almost Every Gear Help PLS

So I blew my diff a few weeks back. I took my driveline off and drove home in 4wheel drive. I had to start of in L on the shifter to even move. Not thinking much about it. I get my new 3rd member from ECGS today and installed and buttoned everything up. Now Low and Reverse work but drive, 3, 2 seem like they are in neutral. They simply don't want to push the car at all and I can't hear anything coming from underneath What would it possibly be my Tranny or transfer case? It shifts gears just fine from what i can tell from park all the way to Low. Also it Is a 03 4x4 v6.

After some poking around I found that i can manually shift through the gears but when i come to a complete stop in 2 3rd or drive it won't downshift me back to first. Also when i shift from 1st to second (all the gears) there is a moment where it takes a few seconds to shift into the next gear basically 1st N (for a few seconds) then 2nd. I talked to a shop and he said it could be electrical (he owns a 3rd gen and it happened to him once). Lastly when I'm in first and get on the gas its as if it slips like a bad clutch. Thats the best I can describe it, I have to let off of the gas for it to "catch". Any thoughts would be appreciated.
