Customer Complaint to Toyota NA?
I recently had a very bad encounter with my dealer and wish to elevate my concerns to Toyota-North America.
.
Do those Toyota administrators in Torrence, CA give a darn about customer issues? If not, then I won't waste my time.

Hmmm, i don't know. However, my BMW Customer Service 1800 number did not give a rat's ass about the way my dealership dented my BMW!! They basically told me that i was on my own. They stated that because the dented door is not a "factory" problem, it is not their issue!

Good luck with your complaint.
