Here is something a little different!

We had this custom front plate cut out for a customer of ours recently. It will be going on her SAS 4th gen build on 40's. If you would like to follow the progress of her build, check her out on instagram @domnisoara.yota . We're very excited to see this powder coated and installed on her 4th gen!

Here is the (mostly) final product! She is still going to add some highlights to the cut out designs as some of the detail was lost in the powder coating process but overall we are both extremely happy with the end result!

Excited to see her rear that you guys made when it gets back from powdercoating! It’ll be a good build for sure!

Are you guys planning on building a more hybrid style bumper in the future? Kind of a mix of tube/prerunner and some plate

Here is the front bumper that I made. The winch plate area is 1/4" and the rest is 3/16". Each piece in the base is interlocked with the next piece so it should be plenty strong Im working on the back bumper now.

We are just doing plate style bumpers at this time. We may offer hybrids with tubing side wings in the future though!

The base bumper comes in at just under $450USD. You can find the full details and pricing here: https://www.coastaloffroad.com/3rd-g...e-plate-bumper

Let me know if you have any questions!

Relentless Front Bumper

I haven't seen a whole lot of people rocking the Relentless Fab redesign, so I thought I'd share mine. I really liked the look of it in pictures and it was one of the cheaper
and lighter options for steel bumpers so that's mostly what drove me to get it. Plus, I got it for 15% off on the labor day sale.

It did take a bit longer than expected to arrive because I ordered it on Labor Day with an 8-10 week lead time with an added 2-3 weeks if ordered with powder coating (so 10-13 weeks). I also added the turn signals
a little late, but I can't see that taking a whole lot of extra time (but what do I know?). I bought it Labor Day weekend and it arrived Jan 25, so that's more like 22 weeks?
I'm not sweating it, but that was considerably longer than the estimate.

As for the product itself, I am absolutely loving it, the way it fits is perfect, it had a super easy install, approach angle is fantastic, and I think it looks great. I also decided to upgrade tires and get
a winch at the same time, so now I'm rocking Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 285/75/17, with a Smittybilt 9500lb winch that is yet to be installed.
