I jacked up all four tires had it in Drive and put a stethoscope to the front diff and that's definitely where the noise is coming from. I haven't been able to find much of any information on front and if pinion bearing replacement so any advice or foresight will help. Thanks in advance

While you have the front differential open, check the gear teeth for any wear, chips, or strange patterns.
Make sure the gears are fitting together correctly because if they're not, it can cause noise and make the bearings wear out faster.
Also, have a look at other parts like the carrier bearings and seals for any signs of damage, as that could also be causing the noise.
Plus, I'd check the fluid level and condition in the differential. If it's dirty or too low, it can make noise.
