Need help removing steering shaft off steering rack

So my steering shaft pretty much seized last week and i was trying to replace it Tuesday but haven't been able to get it to break free. I pulled my steering column and disconnected the top of the shaft and have removed the bolts. But nothing will release this POS. I have had help from two of my buddies. We used a pry bar and a sledge hammer and an air chisel and it still wouldn't break free I don't want to cut it in fear of damaging the splines but I'm running out of options. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds pretty stuck. Maybe try some AeroKroil penetrating oil and a heat gun using heat and cool cycles? It worked on my stuck 3rd gen fuel filter.

Had the same problems with mine several months ago.
Used sea foam Deep Creep penetrating lube and gave it an hour to soak. Then air chisel broke it free.

Lots of good info here

Kroil is magic stuff. Give it a try after soaking it in some Kroil for a while.
