Don't mean to bump this old thread but didn't want to make a new one....

What did you guys do about the sensor that's covered by the wheel liner? I'm worried that it's a crash sensor/air bag sensor, so if something bumps it while driving, the airbags might deploy....

Does the fender flare have to be removed in order to replace the fender liner?

No you don't need to remove the flares.
