P2445 “Cold weather glitch” ECM update help

First, I’ve searched a couple days with no luck, what I’m wondering if anyone here that actually works at a dealership can help, or anyone that has fixed this issue.
I installed the full bypass kit from Hewitt back in April. Installed easily, cleared the codes, has ran great since then. Until Wednesday when he had our first real cold day. Wife started off taking our son to school and noticed in the parking lot the CEL came on, did the normal shut down of TRAC and so on. Went and got it checked and it’s only the P2445 code. Emailed back and forth it Hewitt support and learn this is a know “glitch” in the ECM, due to it not throwing the code on start up. There was supposed to be a calibration file issued a few years back that is uploaded to the ECM that corrects the glitch and gets rid of the code. Then Toyota apparently issued a new service bulletin stating the entire system had to be replaced(of course, not recalled like the sequoia and tundra).
If anyone knows what that calibration file number or identifier is so I can tell them when I get to the dealership I’d appreciate it. I already feel like this will be a nightmare because they will tell me it doesn’t exist, blah blah blah, have to replace the whole system, blah blah blah.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and anyone who has dealt with this same issue if you have any other options or advise I’d appreciate it.

Bump on this. Exact same thing happened to me on the way home. I have the VSC/TRAC disabled by means of calibration method. Also have inj pump bypass kit installed.

Just before the CEL threw, I felt some limp-ness in the throttle response. But it's snowy all over and I thought I was slipping a little. Nope I hit it hard after the CEL, engine revs but no power.

Only P2445 thrown. Any help is appreciated!

gonna re-bump this as the problem has returned!

I keep getting the P2445 Secondary Air Injection System Pump Stuck Off Bank 1 CEL but ONLY when its under 32degF (freezing). I have the sly bypass installed so I get that this should not happen.

There is water stuck somewhere. Going to take it to my buddy here soon and we're looking for ANY ideas what to look for.

HELP HELP! Thanks all.

I started having the same trouble 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I spent $1,500 to replace the left catalytic converters, only to have the same issue pop up again today. Has anyone found a solution? Will resetting the CEL get me out of limp mode?

Update - AutoZone sells a replacement pump for $133. Will this fix the problem?

I haven't and it sucks. i have to keep the bluetooth dongle in the truck at all times just in case the CEL gets thrown because she goes into LIMP mode when it does. clear the codes back to normal until it happens again.

i believe theres foam from the SAIP stuck somewhere that lets water in and freezes, but i've dropped a ton of money on the truck and i'm not tearing the SAIP and starter etc apart to find out.

I posted an alternative to an airpump replacement a few years ago.

Most cheap air pumps are Chinese junk or no name stuff. I found an airpump from a.c. delco. GM uses the same exact pump and its brand new with a warranty. All you have to do is change the plug on the pump. Worked perfectly and it was fairly cheap.
